Whatever drilling operation I choose in HSM, it never outputs 205.Ĭycle 205 is defined in the postprocessor for both the generic heidenhain en i426heidenhain post. I don't have to explain what happens when I run that When I select Chip breaking with partial retract it outputs Cyle 203 which is good.īut when I select deep drilling it outputs Cycle 200!. For deepdrilling we always use Cycle 205, but I cannot get it to output cycle 205 with deepdrilling.įor some reason I have less options when I choose Deep drilling instead of Chip braking with partial retract. Most of the milling we do is in Steel, and some Aluminum. The iTNC426 needed some small adjustments for an M91 call and some variables with drilling that the machine did not understand. I succesfully got both machines working with all the operations we use. We currently use InventorCAM, but since I've been using HSM for a while now in Fusion it's time to step over to HSm since it's included in the new package deals for us. I'm currently configuring and testing HSM on our machines.
